    1st license with Hamilton Sundstrand for Pesco Pumps and other hydraulic parts

  • 1983

    1st license with Honeywell for several electro-mechanical product lines

  • 1992

    Eaton and Bay Precision become Ontic partners, licensing electro-mechanical valves and DC motor product lines, respectively

  • 1995

    GE Aviation (actuation & motor product lines) and Meggitt (electronic temperature controllers) become Ontic licensing partners

  • 1999

    Aeroterra licenses its fuel line shroud product line to Ontic

  • 1999

    Several licenses signed with existing partners Hamilton Sundstrand, Honeywell, and Eaton

  • 2001

    Woodward licenses its first product line (Prop Governors) to Ontic

  • 2002

    Parker Hannifin (Control Systems) and Goodrich (Electro-mechanical parts) become Ontic licensors.  Goodrich licensed several other product lines (military landing gear, motors, actuators, and cargo products) during this decade

  • 2006

    Ontic Acquired by BBA Aviation

  • 2007

    Crane (B-52 Fuel Pumps) and Moog (servo-actuators) sign their first licensing agreements with Ontic

  • 2009

    1st license with Securaplane Technologies for wireless smoke detection products

    Several licenses signed with existing licensors including Honeywell (electronics, engine controls, temperature controllers, radar systems, & APUs), Hamilton Sundstrand (fuel controls, LANTIRN ECUs, C-17 OBIGGS units, F-4 constant speed drives), Arkwin (Fuel Actuators, Fuel Injector Pumps), ITT (Pumps), and Eaton (Hydraulic Pumps and Motors)

    Peg Billson named President of Ontic

  • 2011

    Fuel Measurement and Gauging business bought from GE.  Cheltenham, UK facility opened

  • 2012

    Curtiss-Wright (Pilot Controls) and Avox (safety kits) become Ontic partners.  Curtiss-Wright licensed several other product lines to Ontic during this time frame including (electronics, fans and blowers, current sensors, power products, controllers, logic modules, and trim servo actuators).

    Airbus transfers A320 fuel gauging and measurement equipment to Ontic Cheltenham facility

    Gareth Hall promoted to President and Managing Director of Ontic

    Safran (Gas Turbine Starter Unit and Motors) and UTC Aerospace (F-15 fuel indicators and actuators) sign licenses with Ontic

    Ontic opens Singapore MRO facility (both CAAS & EASA certified)
